The hotel was able to provide me a room at a better price due to the reservation not being in their system. The room was inviting and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Everything was hot.

Well at first it was a problem with the pool being closed on our first day. And that was the reason I picked to stay at the Holiday Inn .I had booked with the Best Western at first and then I wanted to a indoor pool, So I cancelled from Best Western and I’m glad I did , the Holiday have excellent breakfast and the hotel is clean .Staff is very nice.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great location if visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter.

Nice sized clean room. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked all three mornings that we were there. We were visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. This hotel was in a great location for reaching both attractions in a timely fashion.

The gray haired woman who cleaned on 3rd floor was very nice. I was glad we were able to change rooms from 323 to 314. Room 323 has marks on the carpet which makes the room look unclean.

I did not have breakfast, but not sure I would have if I wanted to because it was rather expensive.

Booking breakfast rate was wrong and caused me a problem at checkin Hotel says booking.com gives them problems

Excellent staff and clean and modern facilities. This location exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area!
